The Origin Story of Brilliams Innovations

Brilliams Innovations® was founded by Brian Heydon, inspired by his late brother, Michael “Cowboy” Williams, and their shared passion for the ocean.
The journey began during family boating trips with Brian, his wife Kate, and their four boys, encountering a persistent problem: the absence of a reliable, versatile system for mounting boating tools and accessories.
On Anzac Day 2022, Brian built the first prototype of the Brilliams Bracket® out of balsa wood and toilet rolls then crafted from marine-grade Stainless Steel 316 for unmatched strength. This innovation led to the creation of Fisho’s Fit-Ins®, a versatile range of attachments tailored for fishing, entertaining, and more, including standout products like The Brat, designed to fit seamlessly into rod holders.
