Led by founder Brian Heydon with support from of his wife Kate and their 4 boys, the company thrives on creativity and resilience, with Brian’s siblings playing key roles in supporting its growth. Graeme, Michael’s twin, and Helen have contributed both funding and encouragement, ensuring the business stays grounded in its family legacy.

Brian Heydon – CEO and Founder
As the visionary leader of Brilliams Innovations®, Brian transformed a personal loss into a meaningful mission. Inspired by his late half-brother Michael, Brian channeled his passion for problem-solving and Kiwi ingenuity into creating the Brilliams Bracket® and Fisho’s Fit-Ins®. His hands-on approach, innovative mindset, and dedication to quality have shaped Brilliams Innovations® into a brand that customers trust and value.
Graeme – Support and Contributor
Graeme, Michael’s twin brother, plays a pivotal role in supporting the business financially and morally. His unwavering belief in the mission of Brilliams Innovations® has been instrumental in its growth. Graeme’s adventurous spirit and connection to the family legacy continue to inspire the team’s journey.
Helen – Support and Contributor
Helen, Brian’s sister, brings a blend of creativity and practical support to the team. Her contributions, both financial and advisory, have helped stabilise and strengthen the company’s operations. Helen’s commitment to family values ensures that Brilliams Innovations® remains true to its roots.
